Crop Progress and Condition Gridded Layers

The Crop Progress and Condition Layers are gridded geospatial datasets which are fully synthetic representations of confidential, county level data. These new data are available for U.S. corn, soybeans, cotton and winter wheat. The current archive of these datasets span growing-season weeks for all years from 2015 to present. This Crop Progress and Condition document serves as an introduction of these data and is intended to give a useful overview of their origins, as well as their characteristics and limitations. The metadata for this dataset is posted below.
